Волонтерская деятельность молодежи в учреждениях высшего образования Беларуси

Abstract

Рассматривается молодежное волонтерство в системе высшего образования Республики Беларусь в контексте междисциплинарного изучения условий развития данного явления. Авторы подчеркивают актуальность вовлечения студенческой молодежи в волонтерское движение как на локальном уровне отдельного учебного заведения, так и на макроуровне. В качестве объекта исследования выступают социально-правовые условия институционализации студенческого волонтерства в Республике Беларусь. В рамках исследования был проведен анализ правовых норм, регулирующих деятельность волонтеров, и контент-анализ содержания информационных сообщений о волонтерстве на веб-сайтах учреждений высшего образования. Сделан вывод о специфике представления информации о студенческом волонтерстве, недостатках информационной поддержки волонтерского движения со стороны учреждений образования, особенностях организации деятельности волонтеров в рамках воспитательной работы в высшей школе.

The article deals with youth volunteering in the higher education system of the Republic of Belarus in the context of interdisciplinary study of the conditions for the development of this phenomenon. The authors emphasize the relevance of involving students in the volunteer movement both at the local level of an individual educational institution and at the macro level. The object of the study is the socio-legal conditions for the institutionalization of student volunteering in the Republic of Belarus. As part of the study, an analysis of the legal norms governing the activities of volunteers and a content analysis of the content of information messages about volunteering on the websites of higher education institutions were carried out. The conclusion is made about the specifics of the presentation of information about student volunteering, the disadvantages of information support for the high school volunteer movement, the features of the organization of volunteer activities in the framework of educational work in higher school.
