Импортозамещение потребительских товаров: проблемы и перспективы

Abstract

Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты импортозамещения потребительских товаров. Исследованы особенности реализации политики импортозамещения в Республике Беларусь. Проанализированы показатели, характеризующие внешнюю торговлю потребительскими товарами и степень зависимости потребительского рынка от импорта. Проведена оценка результативности импортозамещения отдельных продовольственных и непродовольственных товаров за 2019–2023 гг. на основе матричного метода. Выделены проблемы импортозамещения, предложены меры для их решения. Определены перспективные направления в области импортозамещения.

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of import substitution of consumer goods. The peculiarities of the implementation of the import substitution policy in the Republic of Belarus are studied. The authors analyse the indicators characterizing foreign trade in consumer goods and the degree of dependence of the consumer market on imports. The assessment of the effectiveness of import substitution of certain food and non-food products for 2019–2023 has been carried out on the basis of the matrix method. The problems of import substitution are highlighted and the measures of state support taken to solve them are considered. Promising areas of work in the field of import substitution have been identified.
