Интенсивность труда рабочих в промышленности

Abstract

На практическом материале завода "Измеритель", авторемонтного завода г. Полоцка, фирм "Элема" и "Диана", опыте ВАЗа и зарубежном опыте проводится анализ методов изучения интенсивности труда и делается вывод, что самым приемлемым в производственных условиях является метод , основанный на исследованиях работы и ее оценке. Расчет уровня интенсивности труда по различным методикам и их анализ позволили усовершенствовать методику расчета интенсивности труда, где коэффициент темпа труда зависит не только от нормативного и фактического времени на операцию, но и от Фактической и плановой выработки рабочего за смену. Уровень производительных затрат зависит от вида работ.

We analysed the method of labour intensity study using the practical materials of the enterprise "Ismerltel". Pblotsk car repair plant, companies ’’Elema’’ and "Diana", the experience of VAS and the experience of foreign countries. We came to the conclusion that the most reasonable method for the production is the method based on the work study and its estimation. The calculation of the labour Intensity according to various methods and their analysis made It possible to improve the calculation method of labour intensity where the labour pace ratio depends not only on the normative and actual time necessary for the operation but on the worker’s actual and planned labour productivity during the shirt as well. The efficient costs level depends on the kind of the work performed.
