Формирование механизма управления предприятиями на основе акционирования и интеграции капитала в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Разработка и обоснование концепции организации эффективного функционирования предприятий Беларуси, основанной на их оптимальном акционировании с последующей постепенной (поэтапной) приватизацией и выгодной интеграцией с другими финансовыми структурами как холдингов на механизме финансово-промышленных преобразований рыночного типа; разработке и технико-экономической обоснованности механизма и эффективного функционирования холдинга МТЗ; выработке научно обоснованных рекомендаций по реструктуризации организационных основ производства путем реализации финансовой стратегии хозяйствования вместо административно-хозяйственных методов.

Is based on real financial provision and optimal formation of the structure of stock capital both at the expense of its own capital and using bank souices of investments. The research is also aimed at working out the concept of gradual transfer from voucher to monetary privatization and setting up on this base open stock companies with their further participation on share terms in new stuctures which work out common technical, production and financial strategy. The necessity of creating a basically new structure of production management withm the framework of Belarussian economy which could control and regulate the demand for manufacture goods, balance the production capacity of an enterprise, aim the staff at improvement of goods compatibility and be oriented at the implementation of resource-saving technologies for their production is proved. The most important task of setting up a financial-industrial groups is to provide enterprises with financial resource and their efficient use. Concrete recommendations concerning setting up financial-industrial groups 011 the basis of Belarussian automobile and tractor manufacturers are put forward Economic effectiveness of their functioning is calculated.
