Социально-экономические последствия конверсии

Abstract

Раскрыты теоретико-методологические основы эволюции, содержание и структура экономических отношений конверсии, которые в отличие от существующих подходов включают конверсию научно-производственного потенциала и конверсию ОВН ВС, использование научно-технических достижений в военном деле в национальной экономике, экономический механизм конверсии; предложена методика комплексной оценки социально-экономических последствий конверсии и организационно управленческие меры по ресурсосбережению; разработана методика координации и взаимодействия процессов конверсии.

The theoretical and methodological basis of evolution, contents and structure of the economic relations of conversion, which unlike the existing approaches include the conversion of scientific and production potential and conversion of the military infrastructure of the armed forces, the use of the scientific and technical achievements in military science in the national economy, and economic mechanism of conversion are identified in the study; methodology of complex assessment of the socio-economic consequences of conversion and administrative measures aimed at energy-saving is proposed; methodology of coordination and cooperation of the conversion processes is developed.
