Формирование финансово-промышленных групп в СНГ

Abstract

Обоснованы концептуальные подходы к формированию финансово-промышленных групп в СНГ; определены принципы и условия развития национальных ФПГ, закономерности транснационализации их деятельности; выявлены позитивные и негативные стороны процесса создания ФПГ и ТФПГ (МФПГ) в России и других государствах - участниках СНГ ; разработаны цели и механизм реализации согласованной экономической политики стран СНГ в области развития корпоративного сектора; определены направления совершенствования существующей процедуры создания и управления в ФПГ и ТФПГ; разработаны отраслевые приоритеты развития ТФПГ в СНГ.

Conceptual approaches to the formation of financial and industrial groups in the CIS are substantiated; the principles and conditions for the development of national financial industrial groups and the patterns of transnationalization of their activities are determined; positive and negative aspects of the process of creating financial industrial groups and TFIGs (MFIGs) in Russia and other CIS member states have been identified; goals and a mechanism for implementing the agreed economic policy of the CIS countries in the field of corporate sector development have been developed; directions for improving the existing procedure for creation and management in financial industrial groups and TFIGs have been identified; Industry priorities for the development of TFPGs in the CIS have been developed.
