Эффективность импортозамещения в промышленности Республики Беларусь и пути ее повышения

Abstract

The article examines import substitution policy and its efficiency. Efficacy of import substitution can be measured at macro-, mesa- and microlevel. At the national level we use such indicators as coefficient of finance effectiveness, import quota, import elasticity and other. The efficiency of import substitution in vegetable oil industry (mesalevel) is measured by indicators of import percentage in supply of vegetable oil, production-import ratio, export growth rates and etc. At the microlevel the efficiency of import substitution project is estimated by business plan signatures.
