Совершенствование страхования гражданской ответственности перевозчика и экспедитора при осуществлении международных перевозок

Abstract

This report is about nowadays situation in sphere of providing insurance for international transporters and expeditors, securing of their interests in case of their liability. This theme is very actual for Belarusian market because of development international trading and transporting, increasing number of deals with international partners and low level of finance stability of national expeditors and transporters. Liability insurance of them is compulsory in many countries in which partners of Byelorussians work, so that’s why we have to develop this type of insurance and provide high level of service. The work includes calculations of different factors of tariff system, analyze of national market and problems with possible decisions either at micro- or macro level.
