Некоторые формальные свойства системы обращения локальной валюты

Abstract

Исследуется феномен существования локальных валют и их возможности активизации социально-экономической деятельности региона или какого-либо сообщества. Анализируется понятие локальных валют, его отличие от понятия частных денег. Предложена общая концептуальная схема, объединяющая основные подходы к классификации локальных валют. Выделены и систематизированы особенности и преимущества их использования. Уделено внимание анализу ограничений локальных валют. Исследованы возможности их развития с учетом цифровизации. В качестве условного примера приводится математическая формализация обращения локальной валюты «кванта» в замкнутой системе. Проанализированы некоторые формальные стороны системы обращения локальной валюты, что позволило предложить типовые сценарии результативности ее использования в зависимости от внешней конъюнктуры и наличия запретов на свободный обмен квантов на национальную валюту.

The article explores the phenomenon of local currencies as an opportunity to intensify the socio-economic activity of a region or a community. The authors analyze the concept of local currencies, and introduce its distinction from the concept of private money. The paper proposes a general conceptual scheme that combines the main approaches to the classification of a local currency. The authors have distinguished and systematized the features and advantages of using local currencies as well as paid attention to the analysis of the limitations of local currencies. The possibilities for the development of local currencies, taking into account digitalization, have been explored. As a conditional example, the authors give a mathematical formalization of the circulation of the local currency - the «quantum» in a closed system. The paper analyzes some of the formal aspects of the local currency circulation system, which made it possible to propose typical scenarios for the effectiveness of using the local currency, depending on the external situation and the presence of prohibitions on the free exchange of quants for the national currency.
