Национализация акционерных обществ: проблемные вопросы учета и налогообложения

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемные вопросы бухгалтерского учета и налогообложения, возникающие при увеличении доли государства в уставных фондах открытых акционерных обществ (ОАО) за счет собственных источников этих обществ. Выявляются принципиальные особенности учета и налогообложения, характерные для таких процессов.

The problematic issues of accounting and taxation, arising at the increased state's shareholding in the authorized capitals of the open joint stock companies (OJSC) with the use of these companies’ own sources, are underconsideration. The principal features of accounting and taxation, typical of such processes are revealed. Based on the analysis of existing regulations, as well as of the practices in accounting and taxation of operations conditioned upon the increased share of the legal entities in the OJSC authorized capital, specific proposals to address the problems are represented
