Теоретические подходы к пониманию цифровых прав человека

Abstract

Поднимается вопрос, связанный с осмыслением цифровых прав человека. Проанализированы различные точки зрения исследователей относительно сущности данных прав, на основании чего выделены основные теоретические подходы к их пониманию. Отмечены определенные достижения при формулировании дефиниции «цифро вые права человека». Выявлены направления дальнейших исследований, необходимых для восполнения пробелов в объяснении сути и природы цифровых прав человека.

The article raises the issue related to the understanding of digital human rights. Various points of view of researchers regarding the essence of these rights are analyzed, on the basis of which the main theoretical approaches to their understanding are highlighted. Certain achievements in the formulation of the definition of «digital human rights» are noted. The directions of further research necessary to fill the gaps in explaining the essence and nature of digital human rights are identified.
