Развитие общих закономерностей финансов как науки: новые подходы к решению дискуссионых вопросов теории финансов

Abstract

Приведены предпосылки развития общих закономерностей финансов как науки, с которой финансовая устойчивость предметно связана. Предложены рассмотрение финансов через бухгалтерский учет и экономико-правовой подход. Уточнен предмет финансов, определены объекты, входящие в предмет финансов.

In present article the author shows the background of the general laws of finance as a science, with which the financial stability of a subject is related; to resolve controversial issues of finance theory proposed review of finances by showing the subsystem - accounting, and through economic and legal approach, which is defined using the notion of finance, updated the subject of finances, and identifies objects belonging to the subject of finance, for the specification in terms of finance outstanding position of financial stability and the choice of priorities for its provision.
