Abstract

Рассмотрены основные определения и принципы использования финансового менеджмента в управлении организации. Показаны особенности выбора стратегии финансового управления и основные функции данной системы в условиях глобальной нестабильности. Главной целью финансового менеджмента является обеспечение максимизации благосостояния собственников предприятия в текущем и перспективном периоде, что выражается в обеспечении роста рыночной стоимости организации.

This article discusses the basic definitions and principles of using financial management in the management of an organization. The features of the choice of financial management strategy and the main functions of this system in the conditions of global instability are shown. The main goal of financial management is to ensure the maximization of the welfare of the owners of the enterprise in the current and future periods, which is expressed in ensuring the growth of the market value of the organization.
