Оценка результативности поддерживающих систем

Abstract

Приводятся описание и обоснование подхода к реализации поддерживающих функций в рамках общей стратегии организации в виде систем менеджмента на основе международных стандартов и интеграции их в единую поддерживающую систему. Приведена методика оценки результативности поддерживающих систем в рамках общего менеджмента организации. В методике расчета результативности применены методы квалиметрии. Предложенная методика позволяет комплексно оценивать результативность поддерживающих подсистем и их пригодность для обеспечения реализации стратегии организации.

The description and justification of the approach to the implementation of supporting functions is given as part of the organization’s overall strategy in the form of management systems based on international standards and their integration into a single supporting system. A methodology is presented for assessing the performance of supporting systems within the framework of general management of the organization. In the methodology of calculating the performance methods of qualimetry are applied. The proposed methodology makes it possible to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of supporting subsystems and their suitability for ensuring the implementation of the organization’s strategy.
