Ошибки и их последствия, выявляемые при аудите организаций строительного комплекса

Abstract

Объектом исследования выступают процессы правового регулирования отношений в сфере аудита организаций строительного комплекса Республики Беларусь. Одним из наиболее проблемных мест является отсутствие выработанного научного подхода к отраслевым особенностям, в том числе в строительной отрасли. Информационной базой исследования выступили законодательство и научные публикации, посвященные проблемам регулирования аудита организаций строительного комплекса. В данной статье были проанализированы особенности проведения аудита организаций строительного комплекса, а также приведены нормативные правовые акты, регулирующие данный аудит, рассмотрены случаи, когда аудит в строительных организациях будет являться значимым.

The object of the research is the processes of legal regulation of relations in the field of audit o f organizations of the building complex o f the Republic o f Belarus. One of the most problematic areas is the lack of a developed scientific approach to industry-specific features, including in the construction industry. The information base of the study was the legislation and scientific publications devoted to the problems of regulating the audit of organizations in the building complex. In this article, the features of the audit of organizations in the construction complex were analyzed, and also the regulatory legal acts governing this audit were given, the cases when the audit in construction organizations would be significant were considered.
