Взаимодействие центрального и коммерческих банков при проведении монетарной политики

Abstract

К наиболее значимым результатам исследования относятся систематизация места и роли, целей инструментов и методов денежно-кредитной политики с учетом особенностей ее реализации в трансформационной экономике; определение степени и эффективности воздействия методов, прямых и косвенных инструментов денежно-кредитной политики центрального банка на деятельность коммерческих банков, их преимущества и недостатки; классификация и научное обоснование аспектов совпадения интересов центрального банка и коммерческих банков в процессе реализации денежно-кредитной политики; выявление места и роли коммерческих банков при проведении денежно-кредитной политики центрального банка; разработка модели деятельности коммерческого банка, которая в необходимой степени показывает взаимодействие центрального и коммерческих банков при практической реализации денежно-кредитной политики.

The Most Relevant Results of the Research include systematization of the place and role, objectives of the instruments and methods of the monetary policy considering the peculiarities of its implementation in a transitional economy; the determination of the degree and effectiveness of the methods, direct and indirect instruments of the monetary policy of the Central Bank to the activity of the commercial banks, their advantages and disadvantages; systematization and scientific grounds of the aspects in terms of the correlation of the interests of the Central Bank and commercial banks in the process of the monetary policy implementation; the determination of the place and role of the commercial banks in the monetary policy implementation of the Central Bank; the development of the model of the commercial bank activity which, to a necessary degree, combines the interation of the Central Bank and commercial banks in the process of the monetary policy implementation in practice.
