Социальная инфраструктура села: современное состояние и направления развития

Abstract

Выявлены основные характерные черты, определяющие диалектику развития социальной инфраструктуры села в современных условиях. Проведен ее комплексный анализ с позиции доступности социальных объектов и плотности сельского населения, информационно-коммуникационного оснащения территорий. Его результаты свидетельствуют о необходимости цифровой трансформации социальной сферы села. Определены основные направления модернизации социальной инфраструктуры сельских территорий с позиции внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Выявлены социальные риски, обусловленные цифровизацией социальной сферы.

The article studies the main characteristic features that determine the dialectics of the development of the social infrastructure of a village in modern conditions. Its comprehensive analysis is carried out from the standpoint of the availability of social facilities and the density of the rural population, and also information and communication equipment of the territories. The results of the research indicate the need for digital transformation of the social sphere of the village. The main directions of modernization of the social infrastructure of rural areas are determined from the perspective of the introduction of information and communication technologies. The social risks caused by digitalization of the social sphere are also revealed.
