Цифровые финансовые инструменты: оценка уровня развития и направления регулирования

Abstract

Развитие теоретических основ цифровых финансовых инструментов как нового явления и регуляторных подходов; разработка авторской методики оценки развития цифровых финансовых инструментов и ранжирования стран по этому уровню на четыре группы; разработка авторской методики оценки влияния социальных, технологических и экономических детерминант (STE-детерминанты) на развитие цифровых финансовых инструментов; выделение приоритетных направлений совершенствования регуляторной практики и институционального развития цифровых финансовых инструментов в Республике Беларусь.

Development of theoretical foundations of digital financial instruments as a new phenomenon and regulatory approaches; development of the author's methodology for assessing the development of the digital financial instruments and ranking countries at this level into four groups; development of the author's methodology for assessing the impact of social, technological and economic determinants (STE-determinants) on the development of digital financial instruments; identification of priority areas for improving regulatory practice and institutional development of digital financial instruments in the Republic of Belarus.
