Валютная политика в Республике Беларусь: теоретико-методологические основы, стратегия и инструменты реализации

Abstract

На базе авторской методологии путем применения валютно-регуляторного подхода получили развитие теоретические основы валютной политики государства, что включает разработку ее структурно-логической модели с учетом необходимости согласования интересов участников валютного рынка, совершенствование методологии курсовой политики; разработаны методики оценки влияния валютной политики на движение валютных потоков на внутреннем валютном рынке; определены необходимость разработки, структурные элементы и условия реализации долгосрочной стратегии валютной политики государства, предложены направления развития ее инструментария в Республике Беларусь.

The theoretical foundations of the state's currency policy on the basis of the author's methodology through the application of the currency regulatory approach have been developed. This includes the development of a structural and logical model of this policy, taking into account the need to harmonize the interests of the participants in the foreign exchange market, improving the directions of the exchange rate policy; methods for assessing the impact of monetary policy on the movement of foreign exchange flows in the domestic foreign exchange market have been developed; the need for development, structural elements and conditions for the implementation of a long-term strategy of the state's currency policy have been determined, directions for the development of its tools in the Republic of Belarus have been proposed.
