Экосистемные услуги лесов Беларуси: физическое и стоимостное измерение

Abstract

Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы физического и стоимостного измерения экосистемных услуг лесов в системе национального учета. В качестве основы физического измерения выступает древесный запас. С учетом категорий лесов вводятся классификация экосистемных услуг и дифференциация их социальной ценности. Стоимостным инструментом измерения экосистемных услуг лесов предлагается рассматривать экологическую ренту. Методологический подход апробируется на примере лесов Беларуси.

The article considers the essential issues of physical and cost measurement of forest ecosystem services in the system of national accounting. Timber stock is suggested to be the basis of the physical measurement. Taking into account the categories of forests, a classification of ecosystem services and the differentiation of their social value are introduced. The authors propose to consider ecological rent as a cost instrument for measuring ecosystem services of forests. The methodological approach is tested on the example of the forests of Belarus.
