Abstract: | Исследуются теоретико-прикладные аспекты функционального и организационного содержания государственного регулирования охранной деятельности. На основе анализа научной литературы, действующего законодательства, практики государственного управления определены основные элементы функциональной и организационной структур государственного регулирования охранной деятельности, классифицированы полномочия специального органа охраны. The article focuses on the theoretical and applied issues of functional and organizational substance of state regulation of security activities. Based on the analysis of scholarly literature, current legislation, public administration practice in the field of security activities, the main elements of the functional and organizational structures of state regulation of security activities have been determined, the authority of a special security body are classified. |
