Развитие трудовых отношений в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации экономики

Abstract

Развиты теоретические основы трудовых отношений; предложена методология исследования трудовых отношений на основе компонентного подхода; выявлены тенденции развития трудовых отношений в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации экономики; определены проблемы развития трудовых отношений в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации; определены приоритетные направления и даны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию трудовых отношений в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации экономики. Научная новизна полученных результатов состоит в развитии теоретических основ трудовых отношений и определении приоритетных направлений их развития в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации экономики.

The theoretical foundations of labor relations are developed; the methodology for the study of labor relations based on the component approach is developed; trends in the development of labor relations in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of digitalization of the economy are identified; problems of the development of labor relations in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of digitalization are identified; priority directions are identified and practical recommendations are given for improving labor relations in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The scientific novelty of the results obtained consists in the development of the theoretical foundations of labor relations and the determination priority directions for their development in the Republic of Belarus in the context of the digitalization of the economy.
