Abstract

The article discusses the Russian and foreign experience of conflict resolution in projects, on the basis of which recommendations have been given for effective management and conflict resolution in project groups. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that organizations usually have a great variety of conflicts that may arise for different reasons. Both individuals and groups with different interests and needs can be involved in such conflict situations, that lead to a conflict space. All these situations adversely affect the activities of the project team and thus create grounds for not achieving or partially achieving the objectives of the project, thus making actual the problem of studying conflict situations in projects, their causes, and ways to resolve and manage them. Today, it is necessary to develop new approaches, effectively manage and eliminate conflict situations in project groups, which is considered in this article.
