dc.description.abstractАнализируются вопросы правового регулирования создания и функционирования единого информационного портала проектов по исследованиям и инновациям в Республике Беларусь. Авторами с учетом информационных порталов Европейского союза изучается проблема развития национальной инновационной системы и обосновывается целесообразность создания единого портала, консолидирующего информацию в сфере инновационных и научных проектов в Республике Беларусь. Проведенное исследование позволило авторам разработать и сформулировать предложения по совершенствованию действующего законодательства, регулирующего инновационную деятельность.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of the development and operation of a sole information portal for innovative research and development projects in the Republic of Belarus. Based on the comparative analysis of similar information portals in the European Union, the authors explore the problem of developing the national innovation system and substantiate the feasibility of creating a single portal consolidating the information regarding innovative and scientific projects in the Republic of Belarus. The study allowed the authors to develop and formulate proposals for improving the current legislation regulating innovation activities.-
