dc.description.abstractАвтор исследует правовое положение лиц, которые принимают непосредственное участие в корпоративном управлении банком. Цель статьи — выявить и изучить проблемы определения правового статуса лиц, принимающих участие в корпоративном управлении банком, а задача — решить выявленные проблемы и представить предложения по совершенствованию законодательства. Для достижения поставленной цели использовались сравнительно-правовой, описательный, логический методы. По результатам проведенного исследования представлены предложения о внесении изменений в Банковский кодекс Республики Беларусь.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe author explores the legal status of the persons who are directly involved in the corporate governance of the bank. The objective of this study is to identify and study the problems of determining the legal status of persons involved in the corporate governance of a bank; the task is to solve the problems identified and submit proposals for improving legislation. To achieve this goal, comparative legal, descriptive, logical methods were used. Based on the results of the study, proposals are presented for amending the Banking Code of the Republic of Belarus.-
