Рыночная стоимость банка с учетом его специфики

Abstract

В современных условиях банковский сектор оказывает значительное влияние на развитие и функционирование финансового рынка как во всем мире в целом, так и в Республике Беларусь в частности. Статья посвящена изучению основных подходов к определению понятия «рыночная стоимость банка». Автором предложено определение рыночной стоимости банка, учитывающее интересы стейкхолдеров, банковскую специфику и систему корпоративного управления как факторы формирования его стоимости. В результате изучения основных подходов сделан вывод, что сложность оценки стоимости банка связана с влиянием множества факторов, в том числе банковской специфики.

Under current conditions, the banking sector has a significant impact on the development and operation of the financial market both in the entire world and in the Republic of Belarus, in particular. The article focuses on the study of the main approaches to defining the concept “market value of a bank". The author suggests a definition of the market value of a bank, that takes into account the interests of stakeholders, banking peculiarities and the corporate governance system as factors in its value formation. As a result of studying the main approaches, the conclusion is drawn that the complexity of assessing the value of a bank is associated with the influence of numerous factors, including banking peculiarities.
