Новые подходы в системе бизнес-образования

Abstract

New economic condition demand different than before qualities of managers and specialists. The only possible way to obtain such qualities is through the change of substance and methods of managers and specialists’ training and through the application of uninterrupted education system. New methods of education in first turn presuppose the use of active forms which include the method of situational teaching ( cases-studies ). Such demands created the question about educational-methodical and technical guaranties of warning process. The development of manager’s curses and educational programs will be the basis for development of business education in Belarus and for the vise of competitiveness of our economy.
