Résumé: Анализируются теоретико-прикладные вопросы, касающиеся понимания сущности административной юрисдикции, обобщены взгляды отечественных и зарубежных ученых по указанной проблематике, сформулировано определение термина «административная юрисдикция».
The article analyzes theoretical and applied issues concerning understanding of the essence of administrative jurisdiction, summarizes the views of domestic and international scholars on the issues involved, formulates the definition of the term «administrative jurisdiction».
