Социальная защита семей с детьми как фактор демографического развития

Abstract

Развитие теоретических основ социальной защиты населения, в том числе определение понятия «социальная защита населения» с позиций современной концепции экономической социодинамики; обоснование эволюции принципов социальной защиты населения в их единстве и комлементарности (индивидуальная ответственность, социальная справедливость, экономическая рациональность, адресность, солидарность) и формулирование их содержания; разработка модели реализации социальной защиты населения во взаимосвязи с демографическим развитием и параметров ее демографической результативности; определение методических подходов к развитию социальной защиты семей с детьми и разработка по ним научно обоснованных направлений и практических рекомендаций в интересах демографического развития Республики Беларусь.

Development of the theoretical foundations of social protection of the population, including the definition «social protection of the population» from the standpoint of the modern concept of economic sociodynamics; justification of the evolution of the principles of social protection of the population in their unity and complementarity (individual responsibility, social justice, economic rationality, targeting, solidarity) and the formulation of their content; development of a model for the implementation of social protection of the population in relation to demographic development and the parameters of its demographic impact; determination of methodical approaches to the development of social protection of families with children and the development of scientifically based directions and practical recommendations in the interests of demographic development of the Republic of Belarus.
