Финансовый механизм ЕАЭС в контексте экономической безопасности

Abstract

Исследуются теоретические аспекты экономической безопасности и финансового механизма ЕАЭС. Разработана и обоснована структура финансового механизма ЕАЭС, раскрыты его составляющие, которые строятся на положениях наднационального законодательства в ЕАЭС и национально-правовых нормах государств — членов ЕАЭС. Выделяется особое значение межгосударственных интеграционных финансовых инструментов в функционировании финансового механизма ЕАЭС. Вносятся предложения по развитию теоретических основ экономической безопасности и финансового механизма ЕАЭС.

The article focuses on the theoretical aspects of economic security and the EAEU financial mechanism. The structure of the EAEU financial mechanism is developed; its constituents are described, that are based on the provisions of the supranational legislation of the EAEU and national legislation of the member-states. Particular importance of the intergovernmental integrational financial instruments in the operation of the EAEU financial mechanism is emphasized. Suggestions are made for development of theoretical principles of the economic security and the EAEU financial mechanism.
