dc.description.abstractАнализируется правовое регулирование работы в ночное время в исторической ретроспективе, а также его современное состояние. Автором раскрываются вопросы предоставления правовых гарантий работникам, привлекаемым к работе в ночное время. Проводится сопоставление норм трудовых кодексов стран СНГ, регламентирующих ночной труд. На основании исследования делается вывод о необходимости внесения изменений и дополнений в законодательство о труде Республики Беларусь.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the legal regulation of night work in a historical retrospective, as well as its current state. The author reveals the issues of providing legal guarantees to employees involved in working at night. A comparison is drawn between the norms of the labor codes of the CIS countries regulating night work. Based on the study, conclusion is made that it is necessary to make amendments to the labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus.-
