Abstract: Автором проведен сравнительный анализ ведущих подходов и концепций управления эффективностью организации, выявлены их преимущества и недостатки. По результатам анализа сформулирован ряд вопросов, ответы на которые, по мнению автора, должны помочь переосмыслить подходы к управлению эффективностью и определить направления дальнейших исследований.
The article carries out a comparative analysis of the major concepts and approaches to enterprise performance management; its advantages and disadvantages are revealed. Based on the analysis, a number of questions were formulated, the answers to which, in the author’s opinion, should help reconsider the approaches to performance management and identify areas for further research.
