dc.description.abstractThe article states that the customs are designed to ensure achievement of the highest constitutional goal, which is determining the dynamics of the development of constitutional law institutions, to justify their necessity or denial. The content of some customs in the constitutional legal environment is shown, and a suggesstion is made of their further scientific research in the Republic of Belarus.-
