Финансовый кризис в еврозоне: причины развития и меры по обеспечению финансовой стабильности

Abstract

Проведен обзор мер по обеспечению финансовой стабильности, предпринятых в еврозоне в условиях развивающегося финансового кризиса, выделены этапы их реализации. Обосновано, что в результате реализации данных мер в валютном союзе ЕС была создана полноценная система инструментов обеспечения финансовой стабильности. Установлено, что развитие финансового кризиса в еврозоне является прямым следствием несовершенства проекта валютного союза, реализованного в ЕС. Выявлены ключевые ошибки, допущенные при обеспечении финансовой стабильности в еврозоне в предотвращении и урегулировании финансовых кризисов.

There has been done a survey of measures on ensuring financial stability taken in the Euro zone in the context of financial crises underway. Identified are the stages of their implementation. It is substantiated that because of implementing these measures within the monetary union, in the EU there was established a full-fledged system of instruments ensuring the financial stability. It was stated that the development of the financial crisis in the Euro zone is a direct consequence of inadequacy of the monetary union implemented in the EU. There have been identified the key errors made in the process of ensuring the financial stability in the Euro zone aimed at preventing regulating the financial crises.
