Résumé: Статья направлена на исследование взаимосвязи производительности труда в строительной отрасли и цен на рынке недвижимости Республики Беларусь и стран ближнего зарубежья. Анализируется цикличность развития строительства по фазам (периоды подъема, пика, спада, дна) и показателя производительности труда.
The article examines the relationship of labor productivity in construction and prices in the real estate market of the Republic of Belarus and neighboring countries. Cyclicity of construction development is analyzed according to phases (periods of upturn, peak, downturn, trough) and the labor productivity indicator.
