dc.description.abstractРассматривается жилищная облигация как способ привлечения застройщиком денежных средств физических лиц при строительстве жилых домов, проводится анализ законодательных изменений и дополнений в порядок эмиссии, обращении и погашении жилищных облигаций. Произведен расчет возможной ставки процентного дохода по жилищным облигациям с учетом индекса потребительских цен и с учетом прогнозных индексов цен в строительстве.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThis study considers a housing bond as a way of attracting monetary assets of individuals by developer during the construction of residential houses, and analyzes legislative changes and amendments regarding the procedure for issuing, circulation and redemption of housing bonds. The calculation of the possible bond yield on housing bonds by two methods: taking into account the consumer price index and taking into account projected price indices in construction.-
