Посткризисный рост промышленного производства Беларуси в 2018–2019 годах

Abstract

Представлен анализ ежемесячной динамики промышленного производства Республики Беларусь с использованием индексов в формате «месяц к соответствующему месяцу предыдущего года». Рассмотрено влияние календарного и температурного факторов, роста реальных располагаемых доходов и инвестиций в основной капитал, оценен вклад внутреннего и экспортных рынков сбыта в ежемесячный прирост промышленного производства, отмечены «эффект базы» и влияние факторов событийного характера. Определено влияние роста товарных запасов на динамику промышленного производства. Рассмотрено влияние нефтяных котировок на долгосрочный тренд развития промышленности. Выполнен краткосрочный сценарный прогноз динамики промышленного производства во втором полугодии 2019 г.

There has been presented the analysis of Belarus’s industrial production monthly dynamics by using indexes in the format of «month to the previous year’s respective month». Considered is the impact of calendar and temperature factors as well as the growth of real disposable incomes and investments into equity. Assessed is the contribution of domestic and export market outlets in the monthly increment of growth of industrial production. Established are the «base effect» and the impact of event factors. Identified is the impact of commodity stocks growth on the dynamics of industrial production. Considered is the impact of oil quotations of the long-term trend of industry development. There has been completed a shortterm scenario projection of industrial production dynamics in the second half of 2019.
