Евразийская интеграция в контексте формирования Большой Евразии

Abstract

Понятие «Большая Евразия» означает некий ареал международного сотрудничества на Евразийском материке, а наполнение его конкретными проектами и создание для этого международных институтов зависит от воли и интересов стран-участниц. Евразийская интеграция является неотъемлемой частью формирующегося Большого евразийского партнерства. Для оценки евразийского интеграционного процесса используется понятие «экономическая связанность», под которой понимается уровень взаимодействия экономик интегрирующихся стран в институциональном, торгово-экономическом и социальном аспектах. Стремление развивать евразийскую интеграцию «вширь» и «вглубь» cвидетельствует о том, что разноуровневые процессы регионализации дополняют друг друга. Во внешней торговле ЕАЭС с третьими странами более 90% приходится на государства Евразии. В связи с этим перспективы евразийской интеграции тесно связаны с развитием сотрудничества в рамках Большой Евразии, а становление ЕАЭС в качестве одного из центров Большого евразийского партнерства зависит от успехов евразийского интеграционного проекта.

The concept of «Greater Eurasia» means a certain area of international cooperation on the Eurasian continent, and filling it with specific projects and creating international institutions for this purpose depends on the will and interests of the participating countries.Eurasian integration is an integral part of the emerging Great Eurasian Partnership. To assess the Eurasian integration process, the concept of «economic connectivity» is used, which refers to the level of interaction between the economies of the integrating countries, in institutional, tradeeconomic and social aspects.The desire to develop the Eurasian integration «in-breadth» and «in-depth» indicates that the multi-level regionalization processes complement each other. In foreign trade of the EAEU with third countries, more than 90% is accounted for by the states of Eurasia. In this regard, the prospects for Eurasian integration are closely related to the development of cooperation within the framework of Greater Eurasia, and the formation of the EAEU as one of the centers of the Greater Eurasian Partnership depends on the success of the Eurasian integration project.
