dc.description.abstractThere have been studied theoretical and legal basics of the functioning of the customs value institution in the customs activities. A comprehensive assessment of applying a customs value control system in practice has been carried out. The problems of using the customs value in the Republic of Belarus have been identified. Suggested are the practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of this instrument.-
