Проблемы измерения международных прямых инвестиций в национальной экономике

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы и противоречия измерения международных потоков и накоплений прямых инвестиций в мировой экономике; определены разночтения и недостатки в представлении данных по привлекаемым и вывозимым прямым инвестициям в экономике Республики Беларусь; показаны основные направления совершенствования статистического сбора и представления данных для достоверной оценки объемов, структуры и характера международных притоков и оттоков прямых инвестиций и их накоплений, анализа деятельности компаний с иностранным капиталом в стране и национальных компаний за рубежом.

The main challenges and contradictions in the measurement of international direct investment flows and stocks in the world economy have been discussed in the article. The discrepancies and shortcomings have been identified in the data presentation on inward and outward direct investments in the economy of the Republic of Belarus. There have been shown the main ways for improving statistical data collection and its presentation for the reliable evaluation of international direct investments inflows and outflows as well as stocks in terms of the volumes, structure and patterns. The improvements in data collection have been proposed for the analysis of the activities of foreign-owned companies and national companies abroad.
