Abstract: | Основными выводами проведенного исследования является то, что институциональный механизм урегулирования торговых споров, сформированный в рамках ВТО, направлен на обеспечение гарантий прав государств — участников данной организации и достижение взаимоприемлемого для них результата. Особое значение в данном механизме придается деятельности Органа по разрешению споров, третейских групп, апелляционного органа, действующих в соответствии с Договоренностью о правилах и процедурах, регулирующей разрешение споров. The main conclusion of the research carried out is that the institutional mechanism of settling trade disputes established within the WTO is aimed at securing the rights of the member states of the organization and achievement of mutually acceptable result. Particular importance in this mechanism is attached to the activity of the Dispute Settlement Body, the WTO panels and Appellate Body operating in accordance with the Understanding on rules and procedures governing the settlement of disputes. |
