Résumé: Раскрывается содержание понятий «охрана недр» и «рациональное использование недр». Данные понятия анализируются в историческом аспекте, выделяются особенности доктринального и нормативного их определения в Республике Беларусь и зарубежных государствах.
The article reveals the contents of the notions «subsoil protection» and «rational subsoil use». The analysis of these notions in historical perspective is carried out; peculiarities of a doctrinal and normative definition of the specified concepts in the Republic of Belarus and foreign states are identified.
