Abstract

This thesis is about the necessity of retraining of Belarussian accountants, bookkeepers, and auditors on International Accounting Standards. It answers three important questions. First is “Why precisely International Accounting Standards?” Second is “What are the advantages of the International Accounting Standards in comparison to the Belarussian Accounting rules?” And the third is “What are the possible ways to train Belarussian accountants, bookkeepers and auditors?”
