Моделирование как инструмент процессного управления

Abstract

Исследуется методология процессного управления и построения системы бизнес-процессов, анализируются причины неудачного использования процессно-ориентированного подхода в отечественной практике управления в организации, дается сравнительная характеристика применяемых механизмов процессного управления в США, Европе, Японии, подчеркивается специфика применения процессного управления в практике хозяйствования отечественных организаций.

The article examines the methodology of process management and construction of a system of business processes, analyzes the reasons for the unsuccessful use of the process-oriented approach in the domestic management practice, gives a comparative description of the process management mechanisms applied in the USA, Europe, and Japan, and emphasizes the specificity of the process management application in the management practice of domestic organizations.
