Abstract

Information Technology (IT) used fo r foreign language learning is of current importance. IT enables to prototype real communication conditions, improve vocabulary and grammar skills, suit learning process to learners individual and special needs and contribute to learners' positive self-esteem. Telecommunication project and multimedia programs create aforeign speaking culture authentically which in general favours learning process in the context o f cross-cultural communications.
