dc.description.abstractThe paper presents an alytical data on the legal grounds of the ASEAN countries. There was done a short overview of the integration process historic development in the region. Stated are the key provisions of the ASEAN Statute and ASEAN Concept of Economic Community. Which enable to assess the stages and scales of changes in the member-states’ economies. Considered are the principles of legal regulation of the Free Trade Zone and ASEAN Investment Zone.-
