dc.description.abstractThe paper presents the findings of space-temporal analysis of scales, demographic aging intensity, and the number of long-living persons in the Republic of Belarus. Given the principles of the international policy in the field of aging, there were identified the main economic characteristics of Belarus’s elderly population and their dynamics in the sphere of employment. Formulated are the main directions of state support provided to elderly people’s potential.-
