Résumé: Исследуется историко-правовой аспект развития взглядов на становление термина «мошенничество» в сфере предпринимательской и иной хозяйственной (экономической) деятельности, обосновывается актуальность расследования мошенничества в сфере предпринимательской и иной хозяйственной (экономической) деятельности.
The article explores the historical and legal aspect of the evolution of views on the establishment of the term «fraud» in the sphere of entrepreneurial and other economic activities; the relevance of the investigation of fraud in the sphere of entrepreneurial and other economic activity is substantiated.
