dc.description.abstractThis article continues the series of the author`s publications on the legal facts theory. It proves the promising outlook for the new directions in the legal facts study due to their positive contribution to the optimization of the legal action mechanism. The author substantiates a possibility of rejecting the narrow normativist interpretation of law based on the example of the role of court in this mechanism.-
