Развитие интеллектуального потенциала белорусских строительных организаций

Abstract

Анализируются финансово-экономические показатели строительных организаций Республики Беларусь. Установлено, что современную ситуацию на рынке строительных услуг страны можно охарактеризовать как кризисную, отражающую особенности макроэкономической ситуации на национальном и региональном рынках. Определено, что в контексте происходящих изменений ужесточается конкуренция и растут требования к субъектам строительной отрасли. Установлено, что необходимо повышать эффективность управления на основе смещения акцентов с управления материальными ресурсами на развитие интеллектуального капитала и интеллектуальных ресурсов.

The article analyzes the financial and economic indicators of construction organizations of the Republic of Belarus. It was established that the current situation in the country’s construction services market can be characterized as a crisis, thus reflecting the peculiarities of the macroeconomic situation in the national and regional markets. It was found that under the ongoing changes the competition is toughening and the requirements for the construction entities are increasing. The conclusion is made about the necessity to raise management efficiency on the basis of shifting the focus from the management of material resources to development of intellectual capital and intellectual resources.
